Since the company was put into operation, it has been striving to reach some certain targets, yet the overall development was still humble, the production and business were not really effective, causing difficulty for the general development of the Company.

One of the difficulties is that the power plant was newly put into operation, the equipment is still unstable, so its units have not been able to operate with full capacity as designed. On the other hand, the human resource is young with humble experience, has not fully mastered the technology and equipment, so they haven’t taken initiative in solving the requirements arising during the business and production process. In addition, governance is also one of the issues that require special attention.
Recognizing this urgent matter, so far the Corporation has directed and supported the company by seconding the experienced officers to work at the company with the desire to create opportunities for the employees to learn, to accumulate experience in order to manage the equipment better, gradually complete the modal to put the company into operation in the most effective manner.
Besides production and business activities, the leaders of the Corporation as well as the Board of Directors of the Company and the Trade Union have concerned to the working conditions of the employees. Recently, the Company has also organized a meeting with employees to directly share information with each department and factory to timely grasp the aspirations and working conditions of its employees. The Company has also carried out periodical health checks for the employees at the company’s address to minimize travel time and make it most convenient for the employees.
In the next period, the company will coordinate with the Trade Union and the Youth Union to organize the sport festival to celebrate the National day - 02/09; accelerate the construction of tennis court, multipurpose sports hall and other entertainment projects in order to meet the living demands of the employees after stressful working hours. All activities of the company are oriented to efficient production and business. The company always considers its employees as the most valuable asset.
