EVNGENCO1’s Corporate Culture: Emphasizing own identity

Accordingly, on March 17, 2023, Power Generation Corporation 1 held a meeting to review the draft of the Corporate Culture Document of Power Generation Corporation 1 consulted by People One (PPO). Presenting the draft of the EVNGENCO1’s corporate culture, the representative of the PPO emphasized on building the direction of this document to develop on the basis of EVN's common cultural background and EVNGENCO1's own identity. This unique identity has been drawn by the consulting unit through working sessions and interviews with leaders and employees of EVNGENCO1.

With enthusiasm and special attention for the general corporate culture of the Corporation, the meeting became a talk show where each opinion was valid and clearly shown the identity of EVNGENCO1.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tien Khoa, Chairman of EVNGENCO1’s Board of Directors gave many orientations to clarify the typical culture of Power Generation Corporation 1. Every word in the vision and mission of EVNGENCO1 is adjusted to best suit the general culture of EVN and the typical culture of EVNGENCO1. Each of the given keywords received a lot of approval from the members attending the meeting, affirming that one of the unique cultures of EVNGENCO1 is consensus and solidarity.

Concluding the meeting, President & CEO Nguyen Huu Thinh highly appreciated the enthusiasm of the members attending the meeting, at the same time noted the special effectiveness of the meeting as well as the expectation of the consulting unit and the Corporation. EVNGENCO1 will develop a set of corporate culture document that is friendly for all employees, demonstrating the unique culture of EVNGENCO1 on the basis of the common culture of EVN. It is expected that the Corporate Culture Document of Power Generation Corporation 1 will be issued at the end of April or early May this year.
