Overview of Duyen Hai Power Electricity Center
Duyen Hai Thermal Power Company is a unit of Power Generation Corporation 1 (EVNGENCO1), assigned the task of managing and operating 3 plants invested by EVN and EVNGENCO1 with a total designed capacity 3,178 MW and managing the seaport at the Duyen Hai Power Electricity Center. After more than 7 years of establishment and development, the company has produced more than 86 billion kWh of electricity, contributing to ensuring national energy security.

Accelerating digital transformation - application of equipment management by QR code
Especially, by increasing the application of information technology in all activities, up to now, the Company has successfully completed the task of digital transformation in the year. The company has completed updating 100% of the device directory tree of DH1, DH3 and DH3Ext to the PMIS software; finished and re-issued all 117 procedures registered with the Corporation; fullfiled training tasks on the E-learning system; 100% of work records have been stored digitized, most of the bidding packages have been organized for online bidding; all supplies have been digitized, managed, monitored and updated on the software. Also, the Company has been promoting scientific research and practical application of innovations and technical improvements. Notably, scientific research projects of important significance in the management and operation of thermal power plants, coal handling and unloading have been recognized by EVN, EVNGENCO1 and widely applied.

Production in parallel with green, clean and beautiful environment protection
Towards sustainable development, since coming into operation, the Company has actively implemented synchronously solutions to parallel production with environmental protection, especially investment in equipment and machinery. modern machinery, rationalizing the production stage in the direction of closed safety and improving working conditions for workers.
Specifically, all thermal power plants of the Company are invested to build a system of wastewater collection and treatment works to ensure QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT for industrial wastewater and QCVN 14:2008/BTNMT for domestic wastewater before being discharged into the environment. Wastewater after being treated to meet standards is studied and partially reused, returning to the production process.
In addition, periodically observe and monitor the environment of factories according to the content of the approved environmental impact assessment report. Emission parameters of factories are transmitted directly to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Tra Vinh province through online monitoring screens. According to the results of the Company's annual environmental monitoring report, the typical parameters of the air environment in the production area, the area around the factory, the environment of wastewater, surface water and groundwater at the sampling locations are within the allowable standards.
Promoting consumption and use of ash and slag as raw materials for the production of building materials and leveling materials is an issue that the Company has paid special attention in recent years. The company has coordinated with the Institute of Construction Science and Technology (Ministry of Construction) to assess, take test samples and issue certificates of conformity with ash and slag standards of factories in accordance with TCVN 12249:2018, thermal ash and slag. coal power as a leveling material and granted certificates of conformity with fly ash in 02 factories for concrete, mortar and cement.

Consumption of ash and slag of factories has been actively improved. With the scale of its operations, the amount of ash generated by the Company is always 02 - 03 times higher than other units, but the consumption rate of ash and slag has always remained stable. Up to now, 16 units have signed contracts to purchase ash and slag from the Company's factories with the total consumption of ash and slag reaching 98.38%. In addition, the Company also closely supervises the transportation of ash and slag, so as not to disperse and affect the surrounding environment.
