Over the years, hydropower plants of EVNGENCO1 have operated and produced safely and stably, meeting the needs of the national power system. An important contribution to that success is the technical management of construction works, especially the technical management of the RCC dams of hydropower companies in EVNGENCO1. At the conference, representatives of the Technical Production Department (EVNGENCO1) and the Ban Ve, Dong Nai, and Song Tranh Hydropower companies had presentations and shared experiences gained in the past process.

Power Generation Corporation 1 is the owner of 04 (i.e Ban Ve, Dong Nai 3&4 and Song Tranh 2) out of 18 hydroelectric dams of special importance according to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 470/QD-TTg dated April 26, 2019. Therefore, the Corporation and its affiliated members put special interest at the technical management, ensuring the safety of the works a. At the Conference, the atmosphere of exchange and discussion was very lively and serious. Many legal issues in the work of maintenance and repair work were clarified and answered in detail at the discussion from the presentation of the Technical Production Dept. which was presented by Mr. Dinh Dac Hao. With an importance related to the safety of the works, all three hydropower units brought to the Conference discussions on the topic of monitoring that was regarded as the "health status" of RCC dams.
